Part two follows the 'Cops' again. They intercept a bloke who they suspect of being armed (it's a novelty gun-shaped lighter) and find out he's got drugs on him. His excuse for the drugs in his pants? "They're not my pants!" In one of his best quips, Bob ends the programme with the deadpan line to camera: "So that's what we nicked him for.
